All deliveries are based on a one man door step delivery only to a ground floor location within Mainland England and Wales.
Please note that we undertake all our own deliveries from our Distribution Centre in Redhill, Surrey. Due to distance we are currently unable to deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland and the following postcode areas - TR, SA, SY, LD, LL, CA, LA, YO, HG, DH, DL, TS, SR, NE, HR, PL and NR.
We only deliver on the mainland.
We have a minimum order value of £120. Any order placed for products below this value will only be accepted if ordered with other items.
Delivery would normally take about 7 to 10 working days from the time of ordering but sometimes much quicker depending on the product being ordered.
All delivery lead times quoted are an estimate and subject to the availability of the products at the time of ordering. For a more accurate delivery time please telephone our sales team.
Redhill Appliances are members of the WEEE Distributor Take Back Scheme. This means that your old appliance can be recycled free of charge through your Local Council Amenity Site in accordance with The Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations SI2006 No. 3289. For further details please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk.
If it is more convenient we can arrange to remove and recycle your old appliance at the same time as we deliver your new appliance. For this service there is a small transportation charge as follows.

Please advise our sales team if you wish to take advantage of this service. All items scheduled for removal must be fully disconnected from plumbing and electrics.
We only deliver to certain areas on certain days. Please telephone proir to ordering if any particular day is difficult to accept delivery.
We can normally offer a three hour delivery slot but we can only issue this to our customers after the deliver routes have been planned.
Please contact us after 9am on the day of the delivery for a time slot if required and please note that this is an estimated time and subject to change due to traffic and weather conditions.
Once an order request has been received we will process the order and send written confirmation of the order in the post.
When the goods have arrived at our warehouse we will telephone to arrange delivery.
If you are not yet ready to take delivery, we will store the goods at no extra charge in our warehouse until such time as delivery is convenient.
All items can be ordered without the need for a delivery charge being levied if the customer wishes to collect the goods from our Warehouse in Redhill (5 mins Junction 8 of the M25). Please specify this option when ordering and remember to bring your credit card with you for payment when collecting.

Delivery would normally be done by our own staff in our own vehicles but we may from time to time instruct the manufacturers to deliver direct to your home as our agent.
All our delivery drivers carry mobile phones and, to save you waiting in all day, we would be happy to contact you on the day of delivery by telephone half hour before we arrive. Please confirm this option and let us know which number to ring when we arrange delivery.
When we arrive we will of course help our customers to site their goods within the house but please make sure that help is available for our driver where appropriate as he or she will be on their own and we cannot accept any liability for damage to customers property during the course of such help.
We recommend that some form of protective covering be laid to protect carpet and flooring, especially during wet weather conditions, to protect from mud and dirt etc.
In some cases, subject to availibility, product value or location, it may not be possible to offer nationwide home delivery. In all cases we will inform our customers if this is the case and will only process an order if home delivery is possible.
